I love all things food. As a little kid, my favorite time of the day was cooking dinner with my mom every evening. Weekends were spent strolling through the farmer’s market, making big breakfasts with my dad, and exploring the various world cuisines available all over Los Angeles. To this day, I can still spend hours walking the aisle of an upscale grocery store or local farm, searching for new ingredients to try, the freshest vegetables, and the perfect complement to a meal. My food is always fresh, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. And while my food is pretty healthy (for the most part), the flavors are delicious, layered and deeply complex. Hopefully I will inspire you to cook fresh, healthy and delicious food, or maybe encourage you to mix up your repertoire a bit and try something new.
